Crosshair or Pins filter?

I'd like to find a filter that looks like crosshairs in the photo. We had some when we were in high school along with 50 or so others. Wonder also if one that looks like a set of pins is available?

I don't know where you can find what you're looking for, but would like to see it when you find it.

seems like I've seen those before, but wouldn't photoshop be easier?
