We have been grazing 5 cows per acre on very good grass. All depends on grass content.

What kind of rotation program running that many per acre? Joel Salatin’s formula?

Going rate in our area is $12-$15 an acre for a year lease. Depends on fencing, water, cattle pens, brush, improved grasses etc will depend what you pay

The price will depend on the grass. 100 acres in Gonzalez is different from 100 in Sanderson. If you have really good grass you can expect 5 acres per momma unless you want to supplement hay/feed all year and dig into your profit margins.
