Default Polaris Ranger help

I have a 2013 Ranger 800 Crew with 4440 miles. Dealer is telling me that the transmission is shot and a new one is $2880. $3630 with labor. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks.

I took mine to a dealer once when it would start running rough after I drove it for more than 10 minutes. The dealer told me it needed a new cam at the tune of $2500 [arts and labor. I found an individual that works on them and he cleaned the carb, replaced the fuel pump and it runs great now. He charged $200 parts and labor.
