    Hobart buffalo chopper

Does anyone use a buffalo chopper?
I recently inherited one and I really don’t know what to do with it as I use my grinder to make burger and grind meat to make sausage.

I'm sure you could sell it quickly here but I would keep it in your arsenal. It will make quick work of grinding meats or processing veggies. It will also grind meats when they are hot/warm/room temp where you need cold almost frozen meet for some grinders.

      Keep it it’s expensive

It’s very expensive piece of equipment
Buffalo choppers can be used for more than just meat processing. Learn more about what a buffalo chopper is and how you can use it in your commercial kitchen.

They are awesome but can be very dangerous if you use them incorrectly. Make sure and disassemble them completely when cleaning. You can get mold growing in the small crevices very easily. The classic models from the late 70 and early 80s can go for really huge money to collectors. I sold one for just over $15000. I bought lots of great equipment with that cash.
