I asked my boss if I could have Saturday off for opening day, as I got an invite to go with a friend.


He said yes!

So I'll end up with a 3 day weekend. Not sure if I'll bow hunt or break out the bang stick. New county, ( not the Sam) so I'm on buck patrol again!

Since I got drawn for a Doe Tag by TP&W, I guess me and the 270W are gonna do a sit down hunt Saturday morning and then go bust up the ducks on Sunday.

We used to think anything shorter than 40" was short. I would shoot that bow at 37". I bet the length makes it more forgiving than these little short bows of today!
