If y'all wouldn't mind, I'd sure appreciate some prayers for my wife, Mary Colleen (M.C.). She has a genetic trait inherited from her dad that makes her prone to blood clots. Had to take her to the ER yesterday morning, and they are pretty sure she had/has a small blood clot in her calf somewhere. As long as it dissolves and doesn't break loose and go somewhere else that would be dangerous, it's not too bad. She spent all day today at the docs and hospital having all kinds of additional tests. We'll know more in a couple of days.
The main thing that kinda scares me is that this is her first blood clot. Her dad has had clot problems for 20 years, and he spends 2-3 months out of EVERY year in the hospital as a result. I sure hope M.C. isn't headed down a similar trail as him.
