What Broadhead Weight Do You Shoot With Your Longbow?

I am curious to see what everyone else is shooting. I am shooting a PSE 66" Legacy Heritage Series (45# @ 28"). A friend of mine gave me some of the old Bear two-blade broadheads with the auxiliary blade inserts, but I have no idea how much they weigh. I would like to get some more heads that are similar, but am not sure what weight to get.

    Thanks

I use the 150 grain Wensel Woodsmans with a 100 gr insert on the AD traditional arrows. I shoot them full length from a 54# @ 30" longbow. They shoot great.
