Soil builder I can broadcast into existing food plot

Looking for something to broadcast into existing clover, wheat, radish, and elbon rye. Plan is to broadcast, and then shred like some have done on here. Soil is sandy and have been having problems with erosion with these torrential spring rains these last two years. Any ideas?

I didn't have much luck with it last year but I'm gonna try it again.

Cowpears work real well as well. I plant them in the heat and they love it and the are great at building soil

True. Anytime you broadcast the germination rate - regardless of seed - will be lower as opposed to discing it in.

Just curious as to what percentage germination people think they're getting broadcasting into existing food plot and shredding vs a prepared seed bed
