First Bow Kill this year.

Shot a doe this evening. 20 yds. double lung shot, she ran about 50 yds. and piled up. Should make some fine eating. The Bucks are just now beginning to chase the does. Saw a small 8pt. chasing a doe this morning.

Thanks guys, There is just nothing like a good bow shot on an animal. Just seeing that arrow arc right into the vitals, passing cleanly through and then finding your arrow covered in blood is exciting. Makes you feel like you have really done something.
