    Fishing around Webster tx

    Going to be in Webster for work this weekend and have Saturday till about 4 to fish a mess around anyone know of any good spots to fish dead bait on the bottom and catch fish other then hard heads? Trying to stay out of Houston

    Suppossed to be bad weather Friday and Saturday, fyi. I havent been fishing around there in a while but sometimes during this time of year the trout will be in clear lake. But take this with a grain of salt, I havent tried this year.

      Sylvan Beach Pier over in La Porte...easy to get to from Webster - just take Bay Are to Fairmont...

                I usually don't start fishing here until January. Some nice size Cats come from here. Last time I was there you could drive down the side of the ditch behind the school and park down by the bayou.
