    July 3 Sachse Fireworks

    OK
    Camera setings:
    Manual
    f8
    Focal Length = 17mm
4 second exposure, a few at 5 seconds.
    ISO 100
    WB, sunny.
    Tripod
Focus, Infinity or close to it.
Remote release. I had the camera set to multiple shots and the release has a slide position that holds the shutter down, so I just let it rip. Luck of the draw but better than tryin to time the shot manually. So it was taking pictures automatically every 4 seconds.

Nice, I like them. I was trying to track them through the view finder, antisipate the location and shoot the pic. I will be further away next time or have a fish-eye.

Cool stuff, Bill. We're headed out later this evening to see if we can see some firecrackers too.

                      WB?

You had your WB set at sunny? I should have tried that. How does it help with the way the photo comes out? Thanks, trying to learn

Here's a great web site to learn a great deal:

Casey may have told about this site long ago?
