Default Bacon wrapped mushrooms

Take white mushrooms and remove stem. Soak in zesty Italian for at least an hr. Remove from dressing and stuff with cream cheese(I used jalapeño cream cheese). Then wrap With a whole piece of thin sliced bacon of your liking. Cook on the pit or grill till bacon is done. Just made these for the first time and they are the bomb.com

Can also sprinkle your favorite BBQ seasoning on top.

You had me at bacon wrapped......

Then lost me at mushrooms. There ain’t enough bacon to make a mushroom taste good.

Looks good. I have done something similar by stuffing with a cream cheese and a ground sausage mixture. I prefer the baby bellas.

That’s a good idea. I do my peppers with a cream cheese, pan sausage and shredded cheese mixture. I bet it would be good here also.

I made these this weekend at the lease. Instead of cream cheese, I stuffed them with Italian sausage and shredded cheese. They were a huge hit, thanks for the idea.

This what we do, pretty much the same as we do with jalapenos.
For a change every kow and then we use lump crab meat instead of sausage.
