    European Mount instructions??

    Can anyone give me instruction on how to do a euro myself?

    .skin the head. dont worry about every little piece and meat
    .seperate the lowwer jaw
    .put head in large pot submerging entire head. i use the pot to hold off the bottom
    .bring water to a slow boil
    .boil for aprox 4 hrs or until tendons and ligaments are pealing away
    .pressure wash skull being easy around nose. using the hole where the spinal cord went to brain blow brain matter though nose.
    .use 20% peroxide paste to cove skull let soak and reapply for a couple hrs. DO NOT GET PASTE ON ANTLERS. rince and your done.

    20% peroxide paste can be picked up at any hair/beauty supply

        You make it sound so easy The last one I did I boiled FOREVER

          Never boil a skull- just simmer it. The heat will cause problems with teeth and it drives any far deep in the bone on a hog and then really tough to get rid of.
