    Trashcan Hydro-Dip - Swirl Paint

Did a trash can hydro-dip for my brother using Krylon SuperMaxx, Embrol paint, and then 3 coats of flat 2K clear coat. Turned out ultra-flat and very happy with the results.

No... I spray the base coat with Krylon SuperMaxx and let it flash dry about 15 min. Then have my trashcan of water that I drip Embrol paints on top and swirl together for desired look/pattern. Dip stock immediately and remove and hang. Take terry cloth and press on stock to flatten any high spots where paint may be thick. I then hang in shop and let cure for a week. Spray first base coat with the 2K clear and let dry overnight. (The 2K clear last 48 hours once mixed together in spray can.) Lightly sand down all rough spots next day and then spray 2 more coats of clear.... Done.

It's very simple. There's lots of DIY videos on YouTube as well.

            Congrats OP, looks good
