Last Thursday I shared Coach's Crunchy {Cat}fish. Here are the hush puppies to match the fish. Light and fluffy and delicious. Add some extra jalapeno or Ragin' Blaze to kick them up a notch.
As a side note, I hope all the Houston-area TBHers are staying safe and dry. My family's storage facility in Spring off 2920 got torn up pretty good.
