Combined this forum has well over 1000years of photography experience. I've made a few searches and couldn't really come up with an overall thread with tips, tricks, things I've learned along the way in my photography skills thread. Could we start a "sticky" with links, basic information, and guidance for novice photographers starting from the extreme basics such as F-stops, aperture settings, how to setup your DSLR, what basic equipment all photographers should own, etc.?
