Greetings fellow green screen addicts! The live threads have really kept me entertained this weekend while in the tree.
I saw about 13 deer total last night. Had a small buck come in early, followed by a couple different groups of spikes and does with a pair of fawns. About the time it was getting too dark to see, much less shoot, the bucks I had were continuously staring towards the main thicket.... And then there he was, the monster that rules this small piece of land in the heart of south Texas. It was so dark I could barely make him out, but when he began to strut like alpha males do, I was certain it was him! Just as he came to the feeder and lowered his head..... He realized all the corn was gone from the selfish group of youngsters and he walked off.
Needless to say I tuned my feeder to throw twice as long tonight. Hopefully he comes in a little earlier! Pictures to come, once I figure out how to use tapatalk!
