    Wireless Shutter release

Does anyone use them? I was thinking about getting one for my Canon 60d and was wondering what the green screens thoughts were on them.

You need one. But don't get an infrared one like the Canon brand sells. They suck. Very short range, and you have to be in front of the camera for them to work.

Get a radio frequency (RF) wireless remote. They work in any direction up to 100 yards away from the camera. There are several on eBay that I've had great success with. Most are from China, but there are some sellers in America selling them now for just a little more money. Usually the ones from Chinese sellers run about $20. The only drawback is the 2-3 week shipping time. Much faster delivery from an American seller, but you may have to pay a few more dollars.

You can buy the same remotes with an American company's label on them for $100 or so. But the Chinese ebay ones work just as well.
