    Two hour disk cooker build

    Purchased the disk(unfinished) and horse shoes at Lanford Equipment then headed to the neighbor's for some welding and grinding. Seasoned, oiled and re-seasoned. By the way, I'm no expert at this by any stretch of the imagination. Got most of my info here on TBH. Thanks everyone!

                          Landford in Austin. Looks to me like you didn't sand that casting off the back of the disc?

                              I think I read lanford equiptment. Looked it up and they are selling these on the front page of their website. Check it out.
