    I found some Deer steaks that were Vac sealed over 4y..and they were still good...and I would think a comercial Vac would be better than mine...COOK that Thang..

              Eat it. Vacuum pack for beef is rated for 2 years I believe.

                          I just smoked one in February that had been in the freezer about 2 years and it was fine.
