Lots of ways to build one - square, round, tall, short, multi-tube outlets, single outlet, free choice, timed.
Wide range of sizes - from 300# to 3000# - each has it's own set of requirements for structural integrity and function.
Also depends on what equipment you have available and can operate proficiently- welder, cutter, etc.
Those are the things to consider before getting to the plans. I've built a ton of feeders and every one had it's own set of plans sketched/calculated/drafted prior to purchasing material and beginning fabrication. There are a couple "build alongs" I've done on here. -
