Long Marinade brisket???

Regardless of what cut of meat I plan to cook, I season everything and place it in a pleated vacuum bag. I found these bags at walmart and you can fit a whole turkey or brisket in them with no problem. I recently smoked a turkey for Christmas. I injected it with Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce and seasoned the outside with slap ya momma. Put it in the vacuum bag and let it sit for a week. Smoked it the day before Christmas and it was amazing
