Default Fallow doe hunts

Just wondering if anyone might want to put some fallow meat in their freezer. $300 per doe and rifle only.

I cooked fried fallow steaks for the family tonight. I canít speak for axis deer, but fallow and whitetail are very close. Everybody enjoyed it.

What comments are smart ***? I just read every comment thru the entire thread and none were even sarcastic, in my opinion.

I have no dog in the hunt, I'm just generally curious.

Agreed. Asking for location and a few more details seems like valuable info about which to inquire.

Seems to me like the offer was posted prematurely and then fell thru on the back end and now searching for an excuse to not have the hunt, instead of just saying it fell thru. Just my .02

No didnít fall through, some of have to work a full time job so answering every time someone sent a message wasnít possible. I wasnít going to make anything off of that hunt at all, was just trying to help my neighbor. And the smart *** remarks just turned it down for everyone!

I will defend the OP. He has been in communication with me and I had to back out due to work so I may have caused the delays. Thank you for the opportunity and I hate I wasn’t able to make it work.

You seem like you are pretty new here, so Iíll give you some advice. Grow some thicker skin. The vast majority of folks on the Green Screen are salt of the earth boys and girls...some of the best friends you can have. Ribbing, jesting and smart arse comments are all in good fun.

Iíve been on here since TBH was first started, had to change profiles when I got laid off my job after 23 years there. Been dealing with Bowhunters since 1992 as a guide and outfitter.

I think the days of $250 axis doe hunts are gone when live sales reach this level!

Bryan Keeling has been on TBH and around Texas bowhunting in general for longer than I can remember. He is as good a man as you'll ever be blessed to meet, and he is one heck of a guide. If "salt of the earth" applies to anybody on TBH, it **** sure applies to my friend, Bryan Keeling.

I wish I needed some meat. I'd LOVE a good reason to hunt with Bryan again. I'm over run with axis and whitetail and sika on my lease though. My freezer runneth over.
