I saw this at Brookshire Brothers and wondered if I've been missing out my whole life. Has anyone done this? Pretty much anything is good when it's wrapped in bacon. That being said, I've never wrapped it around corn. My favorite way to cook corn on the cob is to leave the shuck on, and cook it over a campfire. Now I'm wondering if shucking it, wrapping it in bacon, then putting it over the fire is the way to go.
