I had a Vaquero Birds Head, but it almost felt too small when shot. Kinda like it rolled and bucked at the same time.

By the way, that Scoefield is about one of the only 3 things left on my gun bucket list.
In 1982 I bought a S&W Schofield at a gun show in New Orleans. I never had it dated but it had some history. The man I bought it off of said it was a pimp's gun and it had "Big Mary" burned into the grip. It had no bluing left, but was shootable. Out of ignorance I traded it off for two Remington 788 rifles, a Buena Vista saddle and a cur coon dog. True story.

When S&W Performance Center remade the Schofield I bought one.

Correct. Had it listed, but no offers so decided she will get it one day.

These are some beautiful guns. I have a citori with a great finish that my dad gave me as a graduation gift. I’ll have to shoot a picture of it.

This is Larue. She is a 404 Jeffery i had built for me with a couple deployments worth of money. She enjoys strolling through the mesquite and killing coyotes.

Beautiful big bore in perhaps my favorite classic African caliber! Thanks for sharing!

I will post some of my pieces here in the next few days.
