Default Caddo-LBJ Grasslands Article

Hi everyone, please enjoy this article I wrote for Backcountry Hunters & Anglers. I'm (clearly) not a journalist, just have a passion for public lands and thought I would put pen to paper.

This is the first article of Texas BHA's Public Spotlight series, highlighting public lands and waters throughout the Lone Star state. Join us as we talk public lands with the stewards responsible for managing these resources and explore a host of topics ranging from conservation issues to sportsmanís access and opportunity.

Hope you all enjoy the read!

Good read and very informative. I am very fascinated with public land as well and enjoy it throughout the year.

Hunt In: where my Elite takes me!

Very nice, I have scouted an area at LBJ several times, but haven't been able to hunt it with work and home life, it was burned this past year and it's amazing! I wish more federal land managers would manage as the NFS, would make much better opportunities.
