Turkey jerkey recipe

Anyone have a good turkey jerky recpie they want to share?

This is one I use:

1 - 2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chile-garlic paste (Asian section of grocery store)
2 teaspoons dried red chile flakes

Slice turkey 1/8 to 1/4 thick depending on your preference.
Mix everything together and marinate 12 - 24 hours..

Little spicy and a little sweet...works good on salmon as well...

Backwoods cracked pepper jerky seasoning
It works great on deer and turkey jerky.

Good and easy way is 3.5 OZ of Fiesta Jerky Seasoning on 3 lb of ground Turkey or Deer.

Thanks, dehydrator broke on first batch so have to get another one, what kind does everyone have?
