Well in their defense, it has been at 11 for the past 8 years or something. They don't decide the exact time until less than 2 weeks from gameday due to TV scheduling being flexible to put the best matchups where they want them.

Frogs have the key to the Purple Bus. They need to stay healthy and get some key players back and Hill can't blow up like he has done in the past. Lot of football left to be played.

Staying healthy will be the key, if they can do that they have a shot

Yep thats for any team. What makes it tougher as it is right now they most likely will face OU or OSU twice. And to beat a team twice in the same year is tough for any program.

Well if they have depth you can play around it a bit depending on the player, and I thought I remember you and eradicator talking about lack of depth. I could be wrong, and that is a challenge, beating a good team twice is not an easy task.

I'm not sure if it bodes well for Texas or not considering they're taking on the No.1 offense in the nation from a statistical vantage, but:

Oklahoma drops to No. 93 nationally in stop rate. They've gone from 78.8% to 60.7% after facing Baylor/ISU.

It's doubtful TCU would have to face OU twice, as they already have a conference loss.to somebody other than TCU.

I personally think the 2nd place team in the Big 12 is likely to have 2 losses, whomever it may be. Yes, the commissioner spit the bit

Really the only position they don't have enough depth is where the injuries are

I mean Texas is undefeated in conference and both Okie teams have a loss.

If he was presuming a loss Saturday by Texas then he doesn't know much about the rivalry.

I know Eradicator is a TCU fan but Skinny posting Roll Tide? I thought he was for Baylor
And your avatar, I thought you were an A&M fan

Hopefully when that time comes my Aggie friends will remember how fair I have been. I may need a couple of more wins to average out with Cool Hand Luke after his first year.

And Brock, I don't think he will ever forget

Now that Cool Hand is a Longhorn maybe he will challenge OkTx

Or a little Auburn/LSU action. I'm not sure that LSU has a chance in that one.

I'll have to go to Records Retention but offhand I don't remember him being involved in the most recent BAMA v. TEXAS game. When the next one rolls around I expect Ol' BoB will get involved. If BAMA wins I will, subject to the Mods and Chad C approving, auction the artistic rights and contribute that to Bownanza. HA!

LSU defense will keep it close early, but their Offense won't give them much help I'm afraid. Sorry Blake.

How do you pencil in Texas when you have the Frawgs in your first five spots?

Texas/OU games is interesting. This rivalry throws every model out the window. OU thumped Ohio St but got taken to the boards by Baylor, who is horrible, and lost to Iowa State. Texas doesn't really have a quality win that we know of right now. I don't think Iowa St or Kansas St are that good. Kansas St is very well coached and will beat you on your mistakes. Iowa beat OU with a 3rd string and exposed OU' s weak secondary on defense. Mayfield is good but you have to play D. I think Texas wins this in OT

Just how much has Texas run D improved? 'Horns allowed 263 yards vs Maryland. Allowed 263 yards in the four games since then.

I have a feeling Bakers mobility helps OU run the Ball on Texas.

They show up. Florida was a sure win, or so i thought. LSU shut them down. It was pretty ugly, but decisive bro.

Florida's offense is worse than LSU's ; especially their QB situation

LSU's problem is the OFF & DEF line are not deep, they get tired, and can't convert or get off the field on 3rd downs.
