Wish the government would buy it and make a state or national park. Some of the best fishing and duck hunting in the country. Spent many days out there as a kid. Lots of snakes too!

I'll bet properties in that price range and higher change hands pretty often - we just don't hear about it. Heck, the Waggoner Ranch was purchased last year - by an individual - for $725 million.

I can't imagine owning a property with a 1,000 acre lake on it. I would prefer that to a prime deer hunting ranch any day. (of course, that place probably has plenty of nice deer too)

I have fished it a time or in the past Would not jet ski or swim in that lake until a major cottonmouth eradication. Its got a bunch.
