Buncha old coots up in here - I've never had an issue with the sound. How are you fellas hearing those bucks slinking up through the woods??

Great show - Casey couldn't try any less to kill people. Poor guy just stumbles into it

Just got caught up , let me clear my throat.

Homegirl too skinny dog. No tooter ?

Out of all the eyebrow raising details Iím surprised nobody said anything about nuthead poppin a cap inside the cab of the truck, how both of them werenít deaf for the rest of the show?

That being said I love it all and canít wait for the next episode.

If you wish to know more about Lil Joe Cash, well here ya go....

Lil Joe Cash sold at the Legacy Sale for $7700. I have a 3 year old filly out of him. I know most of his story and nowhere have I heard that he was almost gelded. He is a chestnut, not a bay horse.

https://www.coltcompany.com/lil-joe-cash

Here is his story

http://www.episreiners.com/wp-conten...uary-20122.pdf

Now as to during the TV show they say that one of the other Stallions other than Lil Joe Cash would be better for the ranch I would most likely disagree with that. Why ? They fail to look deeper into Lil Joe Cash' bloodlines. Mare power matters and his Dam was a hell of a roping mare. Look at his stallion card and his dam RS Lily Starlight. AQHA Show SuperHorse, Earned $38K, 333 AQHA Points, World Champion Senior Heeling Horse, Hight Point Tie Down Roping Mare, Superior Heading/healing.....I can go on and on. AND oh by the way she has produced foals earning over $423K in earnings. That's a heck of a mare. His Sire Nu Chex to Cash well I can't even lay out how good he is, Look for yourself. He sired Wimpys Little Step the sire of over $9 million in earners.

Of course all of these stallions were mainly reining horses and most likely the cutting horse and NRCHA folks just about threw up when none of their great sires were shown during the show for a rancher looking for a sire for a real ranch for real ranch horses, that's another discussion all together.....Enjoy the story.

Why wouldn't you cut him as a colt? He's chestnut, nothing special about that. Lily was a really nice rope horse but hadn't thrown anything of real value until Lil Joe Cash. Most of her offspring earnings came from Lil Joe.
If Kurt would have kept him, I bet he would have been cut.

I was responding to previous post by BBreezen about cutting him. I have no opinion as to cutting him. BBreezen said he was a bay, just saying he's a chestnut and color of horse doesn't influence performance for me so I could care less what color they are.

Yup, while the reining exhibition would give you a good idea of how they move Iíd want to see them work a pen as well if dropping that kinda cash.

I'm hooked!

Of course the show misses the mark on authenticity here and there, but the characters are a good combination of likable, hatable, and believable.

Walker is the best reproduction of a cowboy on film since Gus and Call in Lonesome Dove.

Especially when the shot was high and left. If you're gonna shoot with the camera over your shoulder at least the gun should be pointed at the target somewhat. Maybe the bear wasn't up to another try at that one.

I don’t know that I can keep watching...too much unnecessary and unbelievable drama (the wife almost dying just because she got punched, John Dutton has cancer now, they randomly kill people, tourists dangling by their fingertips off a cliff and fall, horses chasing a bear...and then the cowboys somehow rope it and lead it away, said bear can then be killed by a lever action 30-30, etc etc.). This is what Hollywood’s version of Ranch life looks like. It’s gotten dumb at this point

I don’t think the wife almost died because of a punch but more because her head bounced off the sidewalk. I think all that is going to bring Kacey back to the ranch.
