    Amazing enchiladas

So I started this recipe recently.

    Pack of corn tortillas
    Pack of flour tortillas
    1-2 pounds of ground
    Big back of Mexican cheese
    Cilantro
    1/2 onion
2 cans of green enchilada sauce
    Taco seasoning

Brown meat with diced onions and cilantro and taco sauce.
When meat is done mix one can of enchilada sauce.
I use a glass pan with tall sides to help them not unfold.
Get a flour tortilla then put a corn on top then wrap with the meat and some cheese then put it fold down in sprayed pan so it won't stick.
After filling all tortillas with desired meat and cheese use the other can of sauce and cover the enchiladas and cover with more Mexican cheese.
Cook at 375 until cheese melted and looks crispy

It's even better the next day, just topped it with a spoon of sour cream and Louisiana hot sauce

                2 cans green enchilada sauce.

                What is that? Brand?

Not sure on brand but there is a red enchilada sauce and a green. Right by each other
