Your best Texas/OU weekend memories.

I have two that stick out the most.

1994 Stoney Clark goal line stop for the Texas win and 2013 Texas win.

2013 I was living in OK at the time. OU was suppose to kill Texas that year and Texas put a thumping on them.

never been to the game, but went to the state fair on that day as a kid. just hearing the fans go crazy in that cotton bowl was electric. either way, good play or bad, someone was cheering. was awesome to listen to.

Of course not, I was a full -70 yrs old at that time. I just enjoy pointing out ANY time Texas gets their arse handed to them.

Back in the early '70's, I lived next to the football stadium at Burleson High school... The Longhorn band would arrive very early on game day and practice for a couple of hours, then leave for Dallas.

It was cool watching their routine.

1988, was sitting in Lew Sterritt Friday before the game. Started getting crazy in there around 8pm, about the time I got released. Glad I didnt have to stay in there that night.

Game wise these are my favorites:

1994 for the Stoney Clark goal line stop

2008 for the #5 Longhorns beating the #1 Sooners and a Jordan Shipley kickoff return for a TD

2013 with Case McCoy getting flipped but still leading the team to a win.

1992 - 1995 - I was 21-24 during that stretch. Got married when I was 25 which ended some of the best weekends my liver probably still hasn't recovered from.

Only been to one TX-OU game, 2008 with my son who was 11 at the time. Good memories with my son.
