What is the best way to find out landowner information (name, address, contact info) in a specific Texas county?

Hunt onx is a great tool! Doesnt give phone numbers but tax address and sometimes a physical address. Doesn't work in all counties...

Most big counties have online GIS maps for their appraisal district information. If not onXmaps is a good app but it costs $30/year and it doesn't have some counties in Texas.
