Jerk Venison

Too rainy to grill at my house so coated up the last of the venison steaks i have with jerk rub and threw em in a skillet with butter... may be my new favorite way to cook it. Once I get some more in the freezer I’m looking forward to throwing some jerk rubbed venison on the grill

I've been using KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk marinade for years. That stuff is an awesome marinade for deer steaks.

I haven’t tried the marinade. I have the dry rub from Penzy’s and it’s awesome. Good on chicken and fish but I think it’s best on venison
