Lease Openings on 1200 acres in Sterling City.
I have yet to view the property but it is some land my buddy inherited from his family. Hasn't been hunted in 17 years. So some serious management could be needed or could not. I am going to look at it the beginning of February and will take pictures. He is letting me be in charge of how many hunters that will get on I will decide that once I view the place. If anyone is interested let me know he is just asking $1200 a hunter.
If anyone has any info about the Sterling City area let me know I've never hinted that area
