Yeah I actually pulled out big jacket, we will finally have some good weather to keep the birds moving. Hopefully it doesn't pour non-stop like today.

It was a brutal cold morning, but it was worth it. Here is one of the birds I shot this morning. This shoveler only had one leg, and where the other one should be there is a little nub. So it may have born with one leg or had it ripped off at some point. But the first time I've seen one like it. To bad it wasn't in full plume I'd like to mount a shoveler. Has anyone else seen something like that?
