I have ordered some stuff from botach before. They usually get you what you order but it might take a while to ship. I have had one item ship within hours of ordering and another took about a week to ship. Yall should be good to go.

so here's what i've got this morning.

paypal shows I authorized payment but specifically says that the vendor hasn't processed the payment so it's just pending.

I call the customer service number and after selecting speak to a customer service rep I hit dead air. I recalled the same number went through the sequence again and again hit dead air.

i got someone on the phone told her that I had the confirmation via paypal but never received anything from them. She pulled up my account via phone and resent the information. She said that they don't work on weekends and so they spend Monday catching up on all the weekend activity and that I should get an email later today or tomorrow.
