Today, as soon as my boy finished his homework and chores, he wanted to get out and practice with his bow. He’s only been mildly interested until recently, so I haven’t pushed him. He is stoked about it now.

You joke but that is problem waiting to happen. Glad he is loving flinging arrows but you are going to have a neighbor wondering where an arrow came from. I don't even trust privacy fences after my mom's neighbor shot through her's, through the kitchen window and into her freezer door........2ft from her head while she was putting plates in the cabinet.
