Ozonics question

Does the unit have to be right above you or can you put it on the other side of the tree or on the side? This is my first time using one & I did like they said “about a foot above my head standing up” but I’m getting tired of hearing the fam run.

Not sure how to help with that problem, I rarely hear mine when I'm in a tree and there is any kind of wind at all.

It's best if it is above you as ozone is heavier than air so as it goes outward and down, it covers your scent.

Nice to know.

Used the Ozonics 300 this morning and sounded like a dang drone was hovering over me. Sucker is loud and I kept it on low. Boost mode I thought my tree was going to take off!
