    Physical Fitness and Archery

    Hey guys, been a while since I have got to play on here. Seems everyone is doing well. I saw a previous thread on training for archers. I was going to put up a link that has helped my little sister and grandmother both. It's part of the "Primal Lifestyle" but it is pretty darn easy to do for anybody.



    It is part of the Mark's Daily Apple website that you may want to check out.

    Hope someone gets something out of it.

        You still snatching with the best of them? Give me a shout when you can Shawn, want to pick your brain about your wood arrow setup.

        I've gotten more back into old school Bill Starr training and lots of sprints, tire drags, sandbag work, etc. Been eating primal for a few weeks and feel great. Would need a lot more carbs though to compete in CrossFit.

                        308 snatch or c&j??? That is a huge jump from last year! Heck yeah. I want to be like Shawn when I grow up. He doesn't get older, he just gets better.
