Last minute Trophy East Texas Lease

We had a guy back out the last minute and he was buying 3 spots. 5000 acres Brushy Creek Lease. 18 members $4k per spot. MLD level 3, Camp site with water and electric. I have been in this area and can tell you that there are big deer around there. I held a 180+ in my hands a few years back from very closeby
