"Why isn't the heat working"

Lol. My heater has been cycling all week like it should, with the breaker to the heat strips turned off.

I turned it on yesterday and it almost works too good

I know that lol !! He's thinking it's not working at all. I think it's fine. It's 72 deg now and he's just set it to 76 lol!! Tech came and left.

When he gets his electric bill he will be calling back , saying something is wrong, it is using to much electricity!!!!!
