When we went last year we stood in the concourse and traded pens, then left and ate dinner as a team. Skipped that whole scorching bowl of death they tried to pass off as a ceremony

Played the #1 and #2 teams today and beat them both here in Destin. Boys came ready to play and hit the ball hard. My son was 3-3 with 1 triple 2 doubles in first game and 3-3 in the second game with 2 doubles and 1 single awesome day for him. Pitching was on point and pounding the strike zone. Hope the bring it for 3 more days.Comment

3-1 ..had trouble with bats early this morning.. but came alive this afternoon.
Playing a team we beat in the corpus state tournament tomorrow morning..
Tan is playing very well with a solid performance with the bat.. confidence is back and hes wearing out center and thirdbase ..good to see him smiling at the plate again.
Its freakin hot... and the field they had us at was a small town municipal field with zero shade anywhere including dugouts..and a bazillion biting sand flies...Comment

We went fishing at 430 am on pin trading day. Got 3 reds and Jax was done. My girls traded the pins while I messed around with a football and saved seats for our kiddos / Parents.Comment
