    Homemade Jalapeno Poppers

    I have a jalapeno popper recipie for you to try.

    12 jalapeno peppers sliced lengthwise and seeds removed.
    8oz. cream cheese room temp.
    2 eggs beaten
    2 tablespoons water
    dash salt
    1 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
    oil for deep frying


    Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese and press back together. Combine eggs, water, and salt. Dip peppers into egg mixture and into breadcrumbs. Place on cookie sheet and freeze for two hours. Heat oil to 370 degrees and cook about three minutes.

        chop up some shimp and purple onion and add to the cheese. good!
