    Easy Venison Crock Pot Stew

I put this together for a wild game dinner & had many compliments on how good it was. It is pretty simple & should be a decent low fat option.

You can add any veggies you want this is just what I had on hand.

Greenflag’s Easy Venison Crock pot Stew

2 Large cans of diced tomatoes can substitute Rotel for spice.
    1 Large onion diced
2lbs Tenderized & marinated venison or cube steak
    2 Bell peppers diced
2 Jalapeños ( can be omitted if you don’t like the fire)
    2 Cloves of Garlic

    Marinade

    Juice of 4-5 limes
3 Tablespoons of dry Cilantro crushed. Can use fresh if available.
2 Tablespoons Fiesta brand Carne Guisada Seasoning.
    1 Dash of Liquid Smoke

Marinate the meat for at least 24hrs. Then grill it on low heat. Slice the meat in bite size pieces & put in crock pot add other ingredients & cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

I know most of you probably have, but if you haven't Fiesta makes the finest seasonings they are. I of course like Keystone also, so that let's you know what kind of company you are in. I take a whole backstrap of deer and rub Fiesta fajita seasoning on it. Let "marinate" for 24 hours and you'll think you're eating NY strips.
