Does anyone have any knowledge on the deer hunting at lake Whitney? Previous experiences or game camera pictures? Is it pretty easy to go out there and see some does? Just looking for some meat to fill the freezer, doesn't need to be a stud buck, just want to make sure it would be worth my time to go out there. Thanks!

It was a Zoo out there this past weekend! lots of hunters. There are lots of deer and hogs but they are very educated. Permit count was up close 2,000 hunters when I checked a couple of days ago. -

I've hunted there quite a bit. I see deer a majority of the time. Plenty of pigs also.Comment
