    Spanish Venison Steak

    Heres Another Good One
    2 Venison Round Steaks 3/4" Thick.
    2 Tablespoons Shortening.
    1 1-lb Can Diced Tomatoes.
    1 8oz Can Tomatoe Sauce.
    1 Can Water.
    1 Can Mushroom Soup.
    1 Clove Glaric (diced).
    Add Some Celentro,for Flavor.
    Salt And Pepper To Taste.
    In A Large Skillet Brown Meat,in The Shortening,stir In The Rest Of The Ingredients, And Cover!! And Cook Low Heat For 1 1/2 Hrs Or 2hrs Or Until Tender If The Juice Get Too Low Add A Little Water.

    Soon My Familys Venison Meat Loaf.is It Good!!
