Yep I have it. Been hearing about it for years but I finally seemed to have caught the bug. Any ideas on how to shake this? I haven’t shot this bad since I first started shooting Trad...

Dunno. Never understood it. Focus on form. Get close. Don't worry about where the arrow hits. Just like when you started.

A good friend of mine tells me that standing immediately in front of your target, closing your eyes, and just focusing on anchor points and trigger squeeze will help with target panic. You stand close, so that it doesn't matter where the arrow hits. Use an old arrow, so you don't bend a good arrow shooting so close.

Get a clicker. Shoot close. Draw hold and let down , do this alot.
