No no. If that’s what it takes to get what I want then I’ll do it. But I don’t want to pay for the the wine and dine stuff. I will stay in a tent or camper. I want a monster sheep in a cool area.

Desert Safaris, Wildlife Systems, Chance Parker, HWO are tops of list.
More expensive, but results are there.

Sproul has beautiful ranch and accommodations. I don’t think that area produces the giants though.

Glass Mountains and around Marfa hold best sheep.

And can’t compare hill country and high fence to chasing them in west Texas. Chasing aoudad one of the funnest hunts out there.

Mike McKinney does offer a DIY that is pretty reasonable.

I talked to Jim this morning. They went up to $6250. But I’d I had it I would in a heartbeat.

Hence me taking 20 years to kill a big whitetail.

I can cut a check to pick out a high fence sheep. Not what I’m looking for. I want to hunt in the mountains in far west Texas.

My bro says he hasn’t hunted the place in Marfa but they kill a lot of big rams there. As for the family and guides he loves them. We are in Georgetown also I’m sure he would chat with you if you wanted more 1st hand info.
