Some BBQ chicken.... I brine them in Coke-cola and Tonys for 3 days... smoke at 250 for 2 hours (or until 165 internal temp)...

I’m gonna burn about a 7lb brisket and whole brined chicken here in a few hours
Gotta get the brisket trimmed up and rubbed and the brine mixed the chicken, then fire up the kamado

Yeah but it’s also a 24oz steak.
Wagyu is the bomb and I only do it once a year on Easter.
I will be eating ramen noodles the rest of the year !!

Who would guess that a beef jerky place would also sell the best steaks lol.
They have the best hand cut steaks period.
